Justification

Our products and services are intangible, personalized, or executed immediately, which makes them non-returnable and not reusable by third parties. Once execution has started or the product has been delivered, it is considered fully or partially consumed.

Important Notes:

• Clients are encouraged to carefully verify the functional and technical requirements before confirming any purchase.

• In the event of technical errors or issues attributable to our team, necessary corrections will be made at no additional cost, within the agreed-upon warranty terms.

• This policy does not affect the client’s legal rights in the event of proven non-compliance by Colombia PuntoSoft.
