Our products and services are intangible, personalized, or executed immediately, which makes them non-returnable and not reusable by third parties. Once execution has started or the product has been delivered, it is considered fully or partially consumed.

Clients are encouraged to carefully verify the functional and technical requirements before confirming any purchase.
In the event of technical errors or issues attributable to our team, necessary corrections will be made at no additional cost, within the agreed-upon warranty terms.
This policy does not affect the client’s legal rights in the event of proven non-compliance by Colombia PuntoSoft.
